Questions

How do I pay?

Choose a plan, pay by bank transfer, eSewa or Khalti, and enter the transaction ID on your account page. We activate your plan and email you, usually within a few hours.

What are credits?

Every AI answer and every minute of interview audio uses a few credits. A normal chat answer uses 1–2 credits; one hour of interview audio about 220–400. Free credits refill every 2 hours; paid plans get a monthly amount.

Can I use Shree AI for free now?

Yes. The AI chat is free and needs no signup. Open the chat and start typing.

How do I get the Interview Translator?

Create a free account, then press "Notify me" on a plan and mention the Interview Translator. During early access we switch it on for invited users.

Is my data private?

Interview recordings are not stored on our server. Each part is processed and deleted right away, and the transcript stays in your browser until you close the tab.
